ROD CHISHOLM
|
Rod has over 20 years' experience in the infrastructure and telecoms sectors. Prior to developing the ATLAS business, Rod worked for RARE Infrastructure for eight years as the Head of Tailored Portfolio Strategies. Whilst at RARE, Rod was a member of the Investment Committee which managed a tailored portfolio for the firm's largest client. He was Head of Research from 2009 to 2012 and was responsible for the development and implementation of a range of systems and processes at the inception of the RARE business in 2006. Prior to this Rod was Head of pan-European fixed line networks and satellites research at HSBC in London.

DAVID BENTLEY
|
David has over 18 years’ experience in the infrastructure sector. Prior to developing the ATLAS business, David worked with Rod Chisholm at RARE Infrastructure in Sydney for over two years. David previously worked at the Future Fund (Australian Government Sovereign Wealth Fund) as an Investment Manager in its Infrastructure team. As part of this role David oversaw the Future Fund's investment in listed infrastructure and was responsible for managing a number of the Fund's unlisted infrastructure assets and pooled funds. Prior to this David worked for Deutsche Bank and PwC in infrastructure, utilities and natural resources M&A.

MATTHEW LORBACK
|
Matt has over 14 years’ experience in the infrastructure sector. Prior to joining ATLAS, Matt worked at Hastings Funds Management for more than ten years. At Hastings, Matt was a member of the Investment Committee and served in a variety of roles including Portfolio Manager of TIF and the Airport Sector Lead in the asset management team. Matt represented investors on the boards of, among others, Perth Airport, Port of Newcastle, Queensland Airports Limited and North Queensland Airports. Prior to joining Hastings, Matt was a senior executive in Corporate Finance (Valuations) at KPMG where he specialised in the valuation of infrastructure assets.

PETER HYDE
|
Peter is a Partner of ATLAS, based in London. He brings 30 years’ experience in the infrastructure and transport sector. Prior to joining ATLAS, Peter was the CEO of EasyBus, the bus company associated with the EasyJet business. From 2010 to 2013 Peter was a Board Member and Head of Research at Liberum Capital, where he also researched pan European transport stocks. Prior to joining Liberum, Peter was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse where he held a variety of roles including Research Analyst/Team Leader - European Transport, Co-Head of UK Corporate Broking, Member of the European Equities Management Committee and lead of the Pan European equities transport team. From 1986 to 1996 Peter was with Kleinwort Benson Securities where he was the lead utilities research analyst and Head of Research.

DAVID MCGREGOR

David has 11 years’ experience in the listed infrastructure securities sector. Before joining ATLAS, David worked for RARE Infrastructure where he was responsible for analysis of a range of infrastructure and utilities securities in ATLAS's investment universe. David previously worked for Macquarie Capital Securities as a Research Analyst in their Australian Infrastructure & Utilities team, which was ranked #1 by the Peter Lee survey for the years between 2012 and 2014, inclusive.

CLINTON JOYNER
|
Clinton has around 20 years' experience in the investment management sector. Prior to joining ATLAS, Clinton was the founder and Director of Sea Analytics, a private consulting firm founded in 2013 that provided specialist operational, compliance and technology solutions to investment firms. Other roles previously held by Clinton include COO of BCS Capital (a start-up market neutral fund), Senior Manager at Ellerston Capital (Packer Family hedge fund) and various senior roles at IAG Asset Management. Clinton graduated from University of Technology, Sydney with a Master of Business in Finance (Funds Management) and holds a graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from Finsia.

CHARLES KIRWAN-TAYLOR
|
Charles spent more than 25 years in investment banking, working with JP Morgan, Kleinwort Benson, BZW and Credit Suisse, both in London and in New York. He ran the Equity Capital Markets departments at both Kleinwort Benson and BZW (until it was acquired by Credit Suisse) and at Credit Suisse he became Head of Equity Capital Markets in Europe and a member of the bank’s European Investment Banking Committee, as well as chairman of the firm’s European Equity Valuation Committee (the bank’s equity underwriting committee in Europe) and of its Corporate Broking business. Whilst at Credit Suisse he oversaw and executed some of the largest equity capital markets transactions undertaken at that time, in both the public and the private sectors.
Charles left banking in 2006 to set up a hedge fund business and later joined RAB Capital plc, a London listed hedge fund management company, where he became Chief Investment Officer and, later, CEO, helping the company navigate a troubled period through the financial crisis. In 2012 he joined the corporate intelligence company, Hakluyt, where he worked for a number of investor clients in the infrastructure sector and in 2015 he joined Gatwick Airport Limited as its Director for Corporate Affairs and Sustainability and a member of the Executive Board. |
